The websites and mobile applications of Majesty Tourism are collectively referred to as the 'Website'.
Both the User and Majesty Tourism are individually referred to as a 'Party' and collectively as the 'Parties' to this User Agreement.
The "Terms of Service" available on Majesty Tourism's website detail the terms and conditions applicable to various services or products facilitated by Majesty Tourism. The User should refer to the relevant Terms of Service applicable to the specific product or service booked. Such Terms of Service are binding on the User.
The User must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into an agreement to become a User and utilize the services of Majesty Tourism. If the User is a minor or under the age of 18, they shall not register as a User of the Website or transact on or use the Website.
If a minor wishes to use or transact on the Website, such use or transaction shall only be made by a person of legal contracting age (legal guardian or parents). Majesty Tourism reserves the right to terminate the User's membership and/or block access to the Website if it is discovered that the User is a minor or legally incompetent to contract, or if any information regarding the User's age provided during account creation is false.
Before using the Website, approaching any Sales Channels, or procuring services from Majesty Tourism, Users must read and understand this User Agreement and shall be deemed to have accepted it as a binding document governing their dealings and transactions with Majesty Tourism. If the User disagrees with any part of this Agreement, they must not avail themselves of Majesty Tourism's services or access or approach its Sales Channels.
All rights and liabilities of the User and Majesty Tourism concerning any services or products facilitated by Majesty Tourism are limited to the scope of this User Agreement.
All content provided through various Sales Channels, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons, and similar content ("Content"), are owned by Majesty Tourism and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The User may not use this Content for any purpose other than as specified herein.
The User agrees to follow all instructions provided by Majesty Tourism regarding the permissible use of the Content.
There are numerous proprietary logos, service marks, and trademarks displayed on the Website and through other Sales Channels of Majesty Tourism. Majesty Tourism does not grant the User a license, right, or authority to utilize such proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks in any manner. Unauthorized use of the Content will violate applicable laws.
The Website is intended for use by bona fide Users for lawful purposes.
The User shall not distribute, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit anything from the Website, including but not limited to any text, images, audio, and video, for any business, commercial, or public purpose.
This User Agreement grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Website as expressly permitted herein. The User agrees not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Website in any manner.
Access to certain features of the Website may only be available to registered Users. Registration may require the User to answer certain questions or provide information that may be personal in nature. Some fields may be mandatory or optional. The User represents and warrants that all information supplied to Majesty Tourism is true and accurate.

The User is solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data resulting from such downloads.
Majesty Tourism reserves the right to periodically make improvements or changes to its Website at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to report any content on the Website deemed unlawful, objectionable, defamatory, obscene, harassing, invasive of privacy, abusive, fraudulent, against any religious beliefs, spam, or violative of any applicable law to report@t4travelonline.com. Upon receiving such reports, Majesty Tourism reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

Ltd. to use the Website, all travel agents, tour operators, consolidators, or aggregators (“Travel Agents”) are strictly prohibited from using the Website for any commercial or resale purposes.
In the event such bookings are identified, T4TravelOnline.com reserves the right—without limitation or prior notice—to cancel all related bookings immediately. Additionally, T4TravelOnline.com may withhold any payments or refunds associated with those bookings. Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any incidental loss or damage arising from bookings made by individuals acting through unauthorized Travel Agents/ Corporate client / 3rd party. The full responsibility and liability for such cancellations shall rest solely with those booker.
All discounts and offers displayed on the Website are exclusively intended for Users making legitimate bookings through T4TravelOnline.com.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, T4TravelOnline.com, operated by Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd., functions solely as a facilitator, connecting Users with respective service providers such as airlines, hotels, restaurants, bus operators, etc. (collectively referred to as "Service Providers"). T4TravelOnline.com’s liability is limited to confirming the booking selected by the User.
Any problems or disputes that arise during the usage of services are solely the responsibility of the respective Service Providers. Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any actions, errors, omissions, warranties, representations, negligence, or breaches committed by any Service Provider.

By booking through the Website, the User acknowledges that T4TravelOnline.com serves only as a technological platform to facilitate bookings. The actual contract and responsibility for service delivery lie solely with the respective Service Provider.

If a User is booking on behalf of another person, it is the User’s responsibility to communicate all applicable terms and conditions to that person.
The User agrees to adhere to all usage guidelines and policies updated periodically by T4TravelOnline.com. The User also commits to complying with all applicable laws and regulations set by local, state, or central authorities, or any other competent body, in connection with the services used or bookings made.
Services provided by T4TravelOnline.com are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of the services at its sole discretion without prior notice. All warranties—whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose—are expressly disclaimed. No advice or communication from T4TravelOnline.com or its representatives shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
The User consents to being contacted by representatives of Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. via phone, email, or SMS, regardless of the preferences set under the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) or any similar service.
During the registration process on the Website, the User must create a secure password and is solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and securing their account. The User is responsible for all activity that occurs under their account credentials. Any unauthorized access or breach must be reported to T4TravelOnline.com in writing immediately. Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use, whether the User is aware of it or not.
The User acknowledges that data transmitted over the internet may be intercepted or accessed due to a security lapse on the User’s end.
Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. securely stores all payment information (credit/debit cards, bank data, etc.) in encrypted form, in compliance with applicable legal standards. For fraud prevention or financial verification, the company may check the User’s creditworthiness or request additional verification where necessary.
User data may also be shared in anonymized or aggregated form with third-party vendors for tasks such as payment processing, data hosting, analytics, or credit scoring, in compliance with legal requirements.
Despite employing industry-standard security measures, Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. cannot guarantee the complete security of its systems and therefore disclaims responsibility for any data breaches that may affect User information.
Additionally, user data may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities without User consent if required by applicable law or for investigative purposes.
In addition to the base fare or price charged by the respective Service Providers, T4TravelOnline.com, operated by Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd., reserves the right to levy applicable convenience or service charges. These charges are subject to change at any time. Any applicable fee, including charges for modifications, will be clearly communicated to the User prior to confirming the booking or accepting payment.
In instances where there is an undercharge due to technical glitches, system errors, or other reasons (covering fares, taxes, service charges, etc.), T4TravelOnline.com retains the right to recover the outstanding amount from the User. The User is obligated to pay the shortfall, and in cases where this is not resolved before the date of service use, the booking may be subject to cancellation without further notice.
Should there be any increase in applicable taxes or imposition of new government levies, the User will be responsible for bearing those additional charges, even if they are retroactive in nature.
If a booking is not confirmed due to unforeseen circumstances, T4TravelOnline.com will process a full refund for the amount received and inform the User accordingly. The company is not obliged to provide an alternative or compensation for unconfirmed reservations. Any new reservations will be treated as fresh transactions. Refunds related to cancellations (whether initiated by the User, the Service Provider, or due to force majeure) will be governed by the Service Provider’s refund policy. T4TravelOnline.com facilitates refunds once the same is received from the Service Provider, typically within 24 hours. For transactions older than six months, refunds may take up to 96 hours following confirmation from the Service Provider and receipt of the User’s updated banking details.
Users are responsible for all charges including service fees, government taxes, duties, or any other applicable financial obligations under prevailing laws.
All payments must be made directly to official bank accounts of Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd.. The company or its representatives will never ask for payments to be made to personal or unofficial accounts. If the User transfers funds to any unauthorized account, T4TravelOnline.com shall not be liable for any resulting losses or claims.
Users should never share confidential banking or card details (like card numbers, CVVs, OTPs, passwords, etc.) with anyone, including company staff or agents. Any such breach must be immediately reported. The company disclaims responsibility for any financial losses arising from such disclosures.
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.
Bookings are subject to the applicable cancellation policies outlined during the booking process or communicated in writing.
T4TravelOnline.com offers multiple payment modes on its platform including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, gift vouchers, EMI options, and third-party wallets.
T4TravelOnline.com may send booking updates, confirmations, cancellation notices, itinerary changes, refund statuses, or related transaction communications through SMS, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, or any other method provided by the User.
The company may also contact Users for incomplete or unsuccessful transactions to assist with booking completion.
By using the platform, the User expressly consents to receive such communications from Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd., which are:
If any User raises an erroneous complaint or provides an incorrect phone number or email ID, they agree to indemnify T4TravelOnline.com for any resulting penalties or actions imposed by TRAI, telecom providers, or other relevant authorities.
Unless explicitly included as part of a specific package or product offering, it is the User’s sole responsibility to secure appropriate travel insurance coverage. T4TravelOnline.com shall not be liable for any claims arising from uninsured scenarios.
Where insurance is offered, it is provided by a third-party insurer and governed by their terms and conditions. The company acts only as an intermediary and will not be involved in claim approvals, denials, or disputes. Users must approach the insurance provider directly for resolution of any claims.
An “overseas tour package” refers to any travel product that includes international destinations and covers expenses such as flights, accommodations, meals, and other travel-related costs.
A “specified person” refers to individuals identified under Section 206CCA(3) of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961.
As per the Income Tax Act (Section 206C(1G)(b)), Users must pay applicable Tax Collected at Source (TCS) on international tour bookings in addition to the package price. Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for collecting and remitting this TCS amount to the government, and will issue necessary certificates for the same.
The User must provide a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) when booking any international travel. This PAN will be verified for accuracy and compliance under Sections 206CC and 206CCA of the Income Tax Act. If found invalid or mismatched, T4TravelOnline.com has the right to cancel the booking and process refunds according to the applicable cancellation policy.
If the User falls under the category of a “specified person” under the TCS provisions, they will be liable to pay TCS at a higher rate. If the User fails to pay the additional amount, the booking may be cancelled and refunds will be processed accordingly.
In accordance with the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) directives, PAN (Permanent Account Number) information must be provided for all foreign exchange transactions conducted under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS), including international bookings made via T4TravelOnline.com or its authorized sales platforms. The User affirms that PAN details for all travelers, or their guardians in the case of minors, will be submitted either at the time of booking or within the time frame specified by Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking.
The User also certifies that their total remittance or foreign currency purchase during the ongoing financial year, across all channels, including this transaction, remains within the RBI-mandated limits. If this threshold is exceeded before final approval by the authorized dealer bank, T4TravelOnline.com is obligated to cancel the reservation in accordance with applicable regulations. Any foreign currency acquired under this booking is to be used exclusively for its stated travel purpose.
By proceeding, the User grants permission to T4TravelOnline.com to retrieve PAN data from the User's profile, past bookings, or to share such information with third parties strictly for compliance and verification related to this Agreement.
If the User chooses not to provide PAN details or wants previously shared information deleted, this can be managed through the User’s account profile on the desktop version of the website.
All international reservations made through T4TravelOnline.com are subject to the travel documentation requirements of the destination and transit countries, including but not limited to visas, transit permits, or "OK to board" approvals. Obtaining these documents is solely the responsibility of the User.
Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. assumes no responsibility for travel disruptions caused by incomplete or denied visa applications, even when assistance with visa processing is provided by the company. Any refunds related to visa denial will be processed in accordance with the respective booking’s cancellation terms.
Under extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances — such as natural disasters, political unrest, global health emergencies, government restrictions, insolvency of service providers, labor issues, or operational failures — T4TravelOnline.com and/or the Service Provider may be unable to fulfill confirmed bookings. In such cases, if prior information is available, Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. will attempt to provide a suitable alternative or refund the booking amount after deducting applicable charges, provided the refund is received from the Service Provider.
As a service intermediary, T4TravelOnline.com cannot be held accountable for such force majeure situations. Users must directly coordinate with the respective Service Provider for resolution or compensation.
In situations where technical failures (e.g., server outages or third-party system issues) prevent booking confirmation, T4TravelOnline.com will refund any received payment, thereby fulfilling its obligations in full. The company is not liable for any further damages, including indirect or consequential losses.
The T4TravelOnline.com website may feature links to external websites not operated or controlled by Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. The content and policies of these third-party websites are outside the scope of responsibility for T4TravelOnline.com. Access to such links is at the User’s discretion and risk.
The platform does not endorse advertisers or content on linked sites and assumes no liability for errors, omissions, or representations therein. Users are encouraged to independently verify information before acting on it.
Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. retains the absolute right to reject any booking request at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification.

Suspended Users must not attempt to re-register without written approval. The company may recover dues or pursue legal remedies in the event of default or fraudulent activity.
Users are prohibited from submitting abusive, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content or communications. Any violation may result in account suspension and legal action.
The Service Provider may deny services to a User due to behavioral issues, health concerns, safety threats, or regulatory mandates. In such instances, T4TravelOnline.com will bear no liability. Any disputes, refunds, or claims arising from such refusals must be resolved directly with the Service Provider.
Users must provide accurate information while using T4TravelOnline.com services. Misrepresentation or submission of false data may lead to booking cancellations without prior notice.
If there is suspicion of unauthorized activity, identity fraud, or data tampering, Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel affected bookings and pursue legal action. The platform is not liable for any losses stemming from such cancellations.
Bookings may also be canceled if directed by law enforcement or other governmental bodies.
T4TravelOnline.com reserves the right to deny services or cancel transactions it suspects to be fraudulent or harmful to its business interests or its customers.
Representatives of Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. will never ask Users to share confidential information such as card details, OTPs, net banking credentials, or request fund transfers to personal accounts.
If you receive suspicious calls, messages, or emails, or are asked to install screen-sharing applications by someone claiming to be from T4TravelOnline.com, do not proceed. This may be an attempt at fraud.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless T4TravelOnline.com, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, legal costs, or penalties arising from:
Users are individually responsible for understanding and adhering to the rules, laws, and codes of conduct of each country they travel to. Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for violations committed by the User.
T4TravelOnline.com, managed by Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd., functions as a Third-Party Application Provider (TPAP) authorized by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) to offer Unified Payments Interface (UPI) services. These services are facilitated in partnership with Payment Service Provider (PSP) banks—currently ICICI Bank and IndusInd Bank.
Under the tripartite arrangement among T4TravelOnline.com, its partner PSP banks, and NPCI, the platform is responsible for receiving and addressing UPI-related user complaints, offering a first level of support and resolution.
If a UPI issue remains unresolved after being raised with T4TravelOnline.com, users may escalate their concerns to the respective PSP bank (ICICI or IndusInd), followed by the customer’s own bank (where the UPI-linked account is held), and finally to NPCI. Should the grievance persist, customers have the right to approach the Banking Ombudsman or Digital Complaints Ombudsman, as applicable.
NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) is an organization authorized by the Reserve Bank of India to manage and operate the UPI system in India.
A Payment Service Provider (PSP) Bank is a financial institution authorized to offer UPI services. PSPs connect TPAPs like T4TravelOnline.com to the UPI network.

Both peer-to-peer (fund transfers) and merchant transactions are eligible for complaint resolution under this structure.
Users will be kept informed of the complaint status via the app or the method through which the complaint was raised.
Feedback is accepted only from guests who have successfully completed their hotel booking through T4TravelOnline.com. Occasionally, feedback from verified third-party sources may also be displayed, including ratings, written comments, and/or images.
All submissions go through an initial automatic screening. Any content flagged for potential issues—such as suspected spam, irrelevant remarks, or the use of offensive language—is queued for manual evaluation.
In our manual moderation process, we aim to maintain the original tone, context, and sentiment of the guest’s review. We do not modify grammar, spelling, syntax, or abbreviations to preserve authenticity and avoid making the feedback appear scripted or altered.
We take steps to identify and remove fraudulent or misleading reviews. We may remove such reviews or suspend displaying reviews for a particular hotel if its management has changed.

Search results are by default sorted by popularity. Users may choose to rearrange the results based on price (ascending or descending), user ratings, or other available filters.
Properties tagged as ‘Sponsored’ have opted for enhanced visibility via a paid promotional placement program.
If any clause in this User Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining sections shall remain effective and enforceable to the fullest extent.
This Agreement shall be interpreted according to Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
T4TravelOnline.com reserves the right to update or revise this User Agreement. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed.
Any information marked as confidential by T4TravelOnline.com must be protected by the User and should not be shared unless required by applicable law or for fulfilling this agreement.
We welcome feedback to improve our services. By using our platform, Users permit Majesty Tourism Pvt. Ltd. to contact them via email, SMS, phone, or other channels to collect feedback. If you do not wish to be contacted, you may request exclusion by writing to [insert company email].
