Cookie Policy
The cookies and similar technologies on our website, why we use them, and how you control them
Effective: October 2026
Version 2.0
In plain words
Some cookies are needed just to keep you signed in and your booking working; these are always on. Everything else, such as remembering your preferences or measuring how the site is used, stays off until you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie Preferences” link.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and pixels. Together, we call them “cookies” in this policy. Some are set by us (first-party); others are set by services we use, such as our payment partner (third-party).
Categories we use
| Category | What they do | Examples | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign-in sessions, security tokens, the booking in progress, fraud prevention, load balancing, remembering your cookie choice | Session cookie, CSRF token, booking cart state | Always on. Needed to provide the service you asked for. |
| Functional | Remember preferences such as recent searches, preferred currency and region | Recent search, last tab | Off until you allow them |
| Analytics and performance | Count visits, measure page speed and errors, find what is not working | Set only if you allow them | Off until you allow them |
| Marketing | Measure the results of our own campaigns | Set only if you allow them | Off until you allow them |
| Payment partner | Set by Easebuzz during checkout to validate the payment and prevent fraud | Payment session cookies | Strictly necessary while you pay |

Your choices
- Banner on your first visit: Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
- Cookie Preferences link in the footer: change or withdraw your choice at any time. It takes effect immediately.
- Your browser: block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in and booking from working.
- Non-essential cookies are not set, and their scripts do not load, until you allow them.
- We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if we add a new category.
What we do not do
- We do not sell cookie data or share it with advertising networks.
- We do not use cookies to track children or to show them targeted advertising.
- We do not use cookies to build profiles that make decisions about you.
Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are used because they are needed to provide the service you asked for (a legitimate use under section 7 of the DPDP Act). All other cookies rely on your consent under section 6, which must be free, specific, informed and unambiguous, and which you can withdraw as easily as you gave it.
